It looks like April 2009's going to be a pretty weak month for new R&B and Soul music. There's only seven noteworthy albums coming out during the month and of those seven, only three feature all-new, previously unreleased material. The other four are either albums of remakes or old material repackaged. It could be result of the recession taking it's toll on the music industry. Anyway, the three all-new albums coming out are the sophomore release by Day26; the third album by Soul singer Urban Mystic; and an eight-song EP by singer-producer Bosko.
