I think that it’s time to show Shemar Moore a little love. I mean I haven’t had a chance to catch Criminal Minds for a very long time. I used to watch it all the time. Shemar is shirtless on the July/August 2011 cover of Maximum Fitness. In the issue he talks about cheating death and his strong commitment to remain fit. Here’s what he said on cheating death:
“It was the scariest moment of my life. On that day, I did everything right. What went wrong was that I got hit by a 70-year-old in an old-school Cadillac going 40 miles per hour! I didn’t see him or hear him coming—not a thing. I don’tremember spinning or flipping off my bike—nothing. I got lucky—and then some.”
In that three seconds the was weightless and airborne. He could have died or been paralyzed but he made it. I know how a near-death experience can change your whole thinking.
